Who We Are
H² Capital Venture (H²CV) is a Fairview, Texas–based real estate investment, lending, and development firm focused on short-term lending, equity investments, land development, and luxury residential and commercial projects ranging from $2 million to $20 million in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
We are both investors and developers, providing the strategic capital, expertise, and partnerships that bring high-potential projects to life. Our model blends disciplined

Founded by Danyel Surrency Jones, H² Capital Venture is guided by her leadership as Chief Development & Marketing Strategist. Danyel brings deep expertise in architecture systems, strategy development, marketing, and capital deployment across multiple industries—including sports, technology, consumer products, retail, and real estate—ensuring every project is executed with precision and aligned to long-term legacy and impact.
